The drive from Daintree to Atherton is a 130-kilometer journey that takes you from the coast into the lush Atherton Tablelands. You will climb the Gillies Range, which features over 200 bends. The drive takes approximately 2.5 hours. You will experience a significant change in climate as you reach the higher altitude of the Tablelands. It is a beautiful drive through rainforest and farmland.
